Chattanooga’s Fourth Generation Custom Home Builder

Building homes runs in the Greene family. Evan Greene is a fourth generation builder, and his son may be the fifth. Since 2013, EPG Homes has finished more than 300 projects around Chattanooga, and new custom homes are the heart of what we do.

We build on your lot or help you find the right one, from historic St. Elmo to Signal Mountain to East Ridge. Many of our projects are designed with Evan’s wife Haley, a graduate of the interior design program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, so the finishes and layout get a designer’s eye from day one. Every plan is built around how your family actually lives. We’re local and hands-on, and we’re on your job site every week. We serve all of Hamilton County, including Lookout Mountain, Red Bank, Hixson, Ooltewah, East Brainerd and Lookout Valley.

We also take on high end remodels and additions for homeowners who love where they live. Ready to talk about your build? Call us at 423-646-7540.
